Passion Fruit

Passion fruit vines thrive in South Florida's heat and produce year-round with a peak in summer. Purple-skinned varieties (Possum Purple, Fredrick) are sweeter; yellow-skinned (Yellow Giant) are more acidic and preferred for juice. Both are increasingly common at specialty and farm markets.
